Because the electrician was not recognised as a Bellini authorised 'repairer', they refused to contribute even the cost of the element itself, despite two appeals to do so. Towards end of 2016, I noticed the door was not closing properly during use but apart from some escaping heat, it was usable for reheating food etc. Then in March 2018, the oven door fell off. There are three thicknesses of glass in the door and the two door hinges just swivel on small pop rivets. Cheap and nasty. For a door of that weight, hinges should operate on an axle principle. Because of other similar comments here, together with reports of shattering glass, poor fascia printing, poor customer service, we will replace the oven with a better brand.

Bellini use a 3rd party for their warranty repairs so I involved the retailer Bunnings in my request for a new oven.
