Dave K I worked for Coppus Engineering Corp for 35 years. I found your request on Google. I am very familiar with the TF-9 turbine. If it has a Woodward TG governor, it has been retrofitted. All TF turbines came with flyball governors (hence the name TF-Turbine Flyball) Somewhere around the split line of the cover/casing should be a stamped serial number. (62Txxxx) denoting the model year it was built. I have all kinds of information on all TF model turbines, they go up to the TF-22, with a 22' dia wheel.

The TF turbine was discontinued in 1973 at the introduction of the RL turbine, which came stock with the Woodward TG governor.
